You have reached Asuma's number. Unfortunately, I cannot reach the 'Gear at the moment. Please leave a message and a name and I will return the call as soon as possible!
((OOC: Messages may be left as a CALL, VIDEO, or TEXT.))
If that's what you feel like doing, then that's how it is. Just make sure you stock up well before you go to Azalea. It takes about a week to get there from Violet.
I may have finally managed to figure out this "Pokegear". I am used to Ink and Paper for conveying Messages - this is much more convenient. I am enjoying Johtos strange Devices. The Pokecenter has Something called a "PC" ("personal Computer. Although, i do not know what a "Computer" does or how it works. We did not have any in the Land i am from.) that is quite interesting.
Sleeping on the Ground was just as unpleasant as i assumed but, i have reached Cherrygrove in once Piece. I have been trying to teach Gisa (the Growlithe) a few Tricks such as "sit" and "stay". She has a Mind of her own though and our Lessons do not get very far.
I have been thinking about something You said earlier. Say i have been here for a year. If i were to return Home would i be a year older or would i be in the same State i left?
Congratulations! I am glad you were able to figure it out. It is very convenient, is it not? I must admit, it is very useful in this world. It is a shame my own does not have similar devices. As for the PC, you should be able to withdraw and deposit Pokémon there. It is impossible to have more than six with you at any time, so should you go over that limit, they will be stored in boxes in the PC. I am not quite sure how this works, but that is how it is.
Cherrygrove is a very pleasant place. It is a bit small, but you should be able to buy more supplies to continue your journey there. You may have to work, however, but the people in the town are quite kind and it should not be too difficult. And even with a job, there is plenty of time to continue training your Pokémon, as well!
I cannot give you specifics regarding returning to your home, as it has never happened to me, but I was under the impression that you would return as you were when you left. I could try to ask others who have experienced it firsthand, if you would like.
Regards, Asuma

Thank You for the Advice. Water you do not need to use a Well to get is nice too. I suppose there are a lot of Things here that do not make much Sense.
I think i have enough Money and Items to make it to the next Town. Do You know how long it will take? I looked through that Manual You mentioned too. It looks like i am a Trainer although i have not been training Gisa much. Maybe i should start but, it is more fun to wander around. It has been awhile since i have gotten the Chance to have Time to myself.
I was just curious. It does not Matter that much to me if i do not get the Answer. By the way, do You know how long People are generally here for?

If I am remembering correctly, it should take you about a week to make it to Violet City. However, Violet City is also home to the very first gym, which is related to your job as a trainer. You may need to spend extra time there preparing for the battle against the gym leader... assuming, of course, that you plan to challenge him for a badge. There are a few perks that come with defeating him, but if you would rather not, I do not think anyone would force you.
It is difficult to say how long any one person will stay here. Some have been here for longer than a year, while others remain for only a few weeks. This place seems to enjoy inconsistency.
How strong is this Gym Leader? I found by accident how to see what Level my Growlithe is (which is not very high.) I see many People with more than one of these Creatures too. So far, i have only seen Birds and Rats. Do You recommend either?
Also, what kind of perks?
Hmm, so i could return Home at any Time then. A Warning would be nice but, i suppose i will just have to make do with being surprised. Do the People who go Home then return have Memories of this Place when they went Home?
As I recall, his Pokémon are around level thirty or so. He specializes in Flying-types, which are weak to Electricity, Rock, and Ice. If you can find a way to get a Pokémon that has an attack fitting any of those types, it will help you out quite a lot. Otherwise, you will simply have to stay and train until your Pokémon are strong enough to take them without relying on type advantages. At the very least, you will probably want to obtain one of the birds - they are very useful for transportation if you can get the correct move for it.
It may also be good to call the Breeding Centre at which I work. You can get a free egg if you are a newcomer, so if there are any Pokémon in particular that catch your fancy, it would be a good place to start!
As for the perks, if you get the very first badge, you will later be able to fly with your Pokémon. However, it will be some time before you are able to get the item that grants that move, provided you do not simply borrow it from someone else who has obtained it. Other badges also grant the owners the ability to have their Pokémon use other such useful moves outside of battle.
As for memories, I cannot honestly say either way.
Thirty? Really? Ugh. Looks like i will have to keep Training then.
I am supposed to be transported by those little Birds? I would be surprised if it could get away with picking up Gisas Tail.
So Pokemon come from Eggs? Seems odd. Anyway i just tell them whatever Pokemon i want and i somehow receive it in Egg form? I do not know too many Kinds, i suppose i will save it for later or does the offer expire?
Hmm, oh well. I will find out eventually. It is not as if Anyone has been here their entire Life, correct?
The birds will grow larger as they grow stronger. Once they reach their final evolution, they should be suitable for riding on.
There is a list of eggs available if you call the Centre at [NUMBER HERE]. If you would like, I could give you the basic information on any of them. The offer is for new trainers only, so I would suggest you take it as soon as you can.
And I have not heard of anyone who has lived here for their entire life.
